We are currently servicing the Melbourne Bayside region which includes the following suburbs;
- Brighton East
- Bentleigh East
- Hampton East
- Black Rock
If your suburb is not listed here however you are interested in our organic home delivery service send us a message via our contact page or give us a call 1300 291 005. We are growing and expanding to new areas and would love to hear from you!
When do you deliver?
If you have placed your order by Thursday 5pm 'cut off' you will receive your box of goodness between 3-7pm the following Tuesday, unless it's a public holiday. If your order is placed after the 'cut off' time it will be delivered the following week.
When is the cut off for pausing or cancelling?
You can pause or cancel your order anytime by simply using an email link you will be sent with your purchase confirmation to access your order and make changes. Just ensure you make your changes by Wednesday 12noon each week for the following week's delivery. Or simply call or email us and we can also assist you. Changes made after 'cut off' take place from the following week.
What is your delivery charge?
Delivery is $9.50 per box to all of our listed delivery suburbs above.
Are you still taking new orders and delivering now with the COVID-19 virus pandemic?
YES! We are home delivering during this period. Business as usual.
What extra safety and hygiene measures are you taking with COVID-19?
Your produce boxes are packed wearing gloves as a precaution during this period in a sanitised environment whereby produce is going directly from farmers boxes into your fresh clean new box for delivery each time.
We adhere to the current social distancing rules, however will knock and drop your goods to you in person if your home. We will notify you by SMS when your box is at your door and follow your instructions if not home on safe place to leave your box.
Are there any lock in contracts?
No lock in contracts. You can select to order single boxes via our single delivery option as and when it suits you or jump on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly delivery box and 'set and forget'. We'll take care of the rest!
Best of all you can easily pause or cancel anytime via an email link or notifying us by phone or email just ensure you make the weekly cut off times.
Do I need to be home to accept delivery?
No. Our team will leave the goods by the front door. You can also email us post check out with instructions such as “please leave the box on the back porch".
We suggest when nominating a place to leave goods you suggest a shaded place that is secure and away from pets.
What happens if my delivery goes missing?
We are not responsible for unattended deliveries after we have delivered them. Theft of your box or damaged caused by weather and pets is beyond our control unfortunately.
After delivery has been made, we recommend that you store goods to maximise freshness of the produce and other items that need to be stored appropriately.

Where is your produce stored?
That’s the beauty of our service. We buy direct from our growers & suppliers and deliver same day fresh to your door. We order our produce fresh each Tuesday morning and pack straight into your boxes for same-day delivery.
What happens if I find some damaged goods in my delivery?
Your happiness is our priority. Simply email with the issue and image within 24 hours of your delivery,
we will replace or refund (your call). Our team take incredible care with your delivery. However, from time to time things can occur as fruit and veg are delicate items. Don't hold it against us, but do give us a chance to set it right.
