How can I place an order?

What suburbs do you deliver to? 

We are currently only servicing the Melbourne Bayside region which includes home delivery on produce boxes with a min order spend of $50 to the following suburbs at a rate of $8.50 per delivery; Brighton, Brighton East, Hampton, Hampton East, Highett, Sandringham, Black Rock, Beaumaris, Cheltenham and Mentone.
We can deliver to selected suburbs outside of this zone including; Bentleigh, Bentleigh East, Moorabbin, Chelsea, Parkdale, Elwood and Ormond for a small delivery fee at check out. If you have any issues placing an order please call or email us and we can assist you if your postcode is not listed.

Does Delivery cost anything?

Yes, $8.50 per delivery for delivery in the zone outlined above. Additional charges may apply for suburbs outside our current delivery zone.
Are you still taking new orders and delivering now with the Coronavirus COVID-19 virus pandemic?
YES! We are home delivering during this period. Feel free to place an order for a delivery next week now. No waiting lists currently apply.

What extra safety and hygiene measures are you taking with COVID-19?

Your produce boxes are packed wearing gloves as a precaution during this period.
We adhere to social distancing rules, if your home we will drop at your door and say hello adhering to the rules. Or if not home we will 'knock and drop' and place the boxes outside your front door and leave. We will notify you by SMS when your box is at your door.

Are there any lock in contracts?

No lock in contracts. You can select to order single-boxes via our single delivery option as and when it suits you or jump on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly delivery box and 'set and forget'. We'll take care of the rest!

Do I need to be home to accept delivery?

No. Our drivers will leave the goods by the front door. You can also leave us a message upon check out such as “please leave the box on the back porch".

We suggest when nominating a place to leave goods you suggest a shaded place that is secure and away from pets.  

What happens if my delivery goes missing?

We are not responsible for unattended deliveries after we have delivered them.  Theft of your box or damaged caused by weather and pets is beyond our control unfortunately. 

After delivery has been made, we recommend that you store goods to maximise freshness of the produce and other items that need to be stored appropriately.

We buy all our produce the morning of your delivery, and we ensure we only buy the absolute best produce each and everyday for each delivery. We do not supply small produce just because the price may be cheaper online, or add a second- grade line of produce in the mix to maximise profit. It's not what we're about. We don't take short cuts because we care about our community and their wellbeing at the core of what we stand for and we care about upholding our reputation for Integrity, Trust and Quality.
We are also committed to community waste reduction and aim to educate and help our community reduce their personal waste foot print. We try to minimise the amount of packaging within our boxes and avoid plastics where possible opting to use 100% biodegradable bags in our produce boxes that can be reused in your Kitchen Caddies and Green recycling bins inline with Bayside and Kingston Councils food waste reduction initiatives.

Where is your produce stored?

That’s the beauty of our service. We don’t store produce. We buy direct from our growers & suppliers and deliver same day. You can't get fresher than that.

My neighbour looks like she got more than me in her box are the items weighed? 

Yes indeed! Each item is weighed. Unless they are packeted or whole products such as a cabbage or a cauliflower for example. Whilst produce comes in all different shapes and sizes take comfort in knowing everything is weighed.

What happens if I find some damaged goods in my delivery?

Please give us a call as soon as you identify an issue with your delivery and we will replace or refund (your call) as soon as possible. Although this is highly unlikely as our drivers and packers take incredible care with your delivery, fruit and veg are very delicate items and this may just occur from time to time.

My box this week looks smaller than last weeks box why is that?

The price of produce can change significantly each week believe it or not. We work hard with our suppliers to create great value boxes. Also we try to mix it up a bit for you each week to give you the best of seasonal variety and not all items are created equal we do ensure regardless of what the produce size is each week your $ value is consistent.
