Whilst there are challenges with organic produce not looking as perfect as conventional produce and from time to time and there might be some dints or marks or varied shapes and sizes due to it being grown under different conditions we are committed to providing our customers with a quality product and a service you equally LOVE to be a part of.
That's why we are happy to put our money where our mouth is and commit to our Happiness Guarantee.
What does the Happiness Guarantee mean?
The Happiness Guarantee is our commitment to you to provide a service you LOVE and to give you the assurance that if there is ever an issue with your produce we will remedy it with swift action to ensure your happiness!
All we ask from you is that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving the produce item by phone or email to explain the issue with photos of the item that does not meet your satisfaction to aid us in resolution of the issue.
It is really important to us that you let us know if something doesn't meet your expectations so we have the opportunity to right any any issue that may arise.
Whilst we do carefully check the produce upon packing our produce boxes from time to time things happen (We're all human, and some times the issues can't be seen by the naked eye).
The last thing we want is for you to walk away from us without telling us there was a problem so we could resolve it for you and ensure your happiness with our service.
